Architectural Change Request
This form is for submitting requests for new home construction and changes to existing homes and landscapes.
Your request will be logged into our system as a matter of record and members of the Architecture Review Committee (ARC) will be notified via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. We look forward to reviewing your request and providing an appropriate response.
All new home builds and changes to the exterior of existing homes must be approved by the ARC per our governing documents. Submissions must also include contractor licenses and insurance to protect the DCH POA from any liability.

ARTICLE SEVEN - Architectural Review
7.1 Building Restrictions. No structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained on any lot nor shall the exterior appearance of any Structure on any Lot be changed or altered, nor shall the natural state of any area or any Lot be disturbed or altered after completion of construction of the improvements thereon, nor shall any work be commenced or performed which may result in a change of the exterior appearance of any Structure, until the plans and location, exterior plans and details, paving plans and location, landscaping details, proposed construction schedule, and together with a designation of the party or parties to perform the work have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Committee.
